I know, I know... Where have I been? Lol, just living life in real time! So the 411 on me is that I'm currently 247 lbs and I have a goal of losing 15lbs by June 21st. Achievable maybe not but I'm going to give it all I've got and see what happens.
I've been doing a SUPER job with my food choices, I just need to do better getting up and heading into the gym before work. I'm excited about the changes I've seen with myself and new habits I've formed like NOT grocery shopping when I'm hungry... BIG NO-NO, I'll end up with a basket full of cookies, cakes, and sugar filled juice if I do that lol! I also try to be active at least 5 times a week, that means doing something in excess of what I'd get in on a normal day.
